Please note that the registration and abstract submission deadline is extended.
The final deadline is Wednesday 28th of February 2018. We kindly ask you to respect this date.

The deadline for payment has not been changed and also is 28th of February 2018.

The registration is only possible through the website: https://petrol.natur.cuni.cz/ceteg/registration

If you are already a registered member, just sign in, and you can proceed with the registration to the meeting. If you have forgotten your password, you can use Reset password link, fill in your registered email address and you will receive a new link immediately.

If you are new in the community, you need registration on CETEG webpage. You should fill in basic information about yourself, which will be used during the conference registration.

Abstract

The abstract should be submitted together with registration. Please copy the text version of your abstract into the indicated box, and also attach it in .doc, .docx, .odt or in .rtf format with filename: last_name_of_the_first_author_2018_ceteg.ext. If you submit abstract and figure file you must compress it to a single archive file (zip or rar) and submit a single file. Detailed instructions for abstract authors are provided in the registration form and here.

Presentations

Oral presentations will be limited to 15 minutes.

Poster format will be A0 in portrait (vertical) orientation.

The organising committee reserves the right to select oral presentations and shift some presentations to the poster session.
