Important announcement

1. Special volume of Geodinamica Acta - Central European Tectonic Studies group proposes a new special volume of Geodinamica Acta focused on East European Variscides in Central European region following the succesfull issue (Vol. 22, No.1-3 January-June 2009): Tectonics of the Western Carpathians in the light of recent studies. The guest editors will be: Ondrej Lexa, Stano Ulrich (Prague), Stanislaw Mazur (Wroclaw) and Marian Janak (Bratislava). Contributors who wish to submit their manuscript are kindly ask to express their interest by email to Stano Ulrich (stano@ig.cas.cz) or Ondrej Lexa (lexa.ondrej@gmail.com). Deadline for a manuscript submission is end of May and approximately 8 manuscripts will be accepted for publication. Further informations will be distributed in newsletter or during the conference.
2. Payment of accommodation - Organizers would like to clarify payment of accommodation that was not announced satisfactorily. We kindly ask you to do not pay your accommodation together with a registration, but after your arrival in the hotel reception desk. After your online registration you receive an automatic email that inform you about following:

• How much you should pay by bank money transfer until 19^th of February (registration, excursions)
• How much you will pay after arrival to the hotel (accommodation)
