As we announced in first circular, today is deadline for submission of papers for The Radek Melka Prize. As we are of opinion that there is still more candidates to apply we extended the deadline until April 8th, 2011. The Radek Melka Prize will be awarded to the best paper published in 2010 by an young scientist of age up to 35 years in the year of publication of their paper participating on the CETEG 2011 meeting. A submitted paper has to deal with a topic in structural geology, tectonics, geodynamics, geochronology, rock geochemistry, metamomorphic, igneous, or sedimentary geology.
