Dear Colleagues,
In this third circular we inform you that the registration deadline is extended. The final deadline will be 27th February, Friday. We kindly ask you to respect this date. It is to note that the deadline for payment has not been changed, which is 28th February.
As it was indicated in the previous letter, the registration is only possible through the webpage of the CETeG:
http://petrol.natur.cuni.cz/ceteg/registration
If you are already a registered member, just sign in, and you can proceed with the registration to the meeting. If you have forgotten your password, use Request new password link, fill in your registered email address and you will receive a new link immediately.
If you are new in the community, you need registration. You should fill in basic information about yourself, which will be used during the conference registration.
Abstracts
- Only one oral presentation is possible. However, more posters are welcome. Due to the lack of fields for a second abstract as first author during the registration process, please send your second and following abstracts to the next address: ceteg@petrol.natur.cuni.cz or lexa.ondrej@gmail.com
Poster format
We have poster stands in A0 size and portrait orientation. We will provide for pins for fixing the posters.
Finally, we would like to encourage you and your students to register and send your abstracts till the modified deadlines!
