in this last announcement you can find final version of CETEG 2017 program, location map of CETEG 2017 conference with highlighted important spots and useful information for your convenience:
Arrival
Zánka Sports and Event Center is located at the 51th Km on road 71. Turn to the N, entrance of the conference venue: 46°52'50.99"N 17°42'36.62"E. It is easy to recognise it from the open-air military museum at the entrance with tanks and helicopters.
Check-in
Is in the main building. The camp is a huge area, but with the check in you will get a map and they will direct you to your accommodation. You can freely drive around by car and there are parking places at each building.
Room keys
It is a very conventional place with real keys and they only have one to each room.
Registration
Is at the site of the conference, at Guesthouse Nr. 7 (Aromó)
4th April: 18:00-20:00
5th April: 18:00-20:00
6th and 7th April: form 7:30
You will get your original invoices at the registration desk upon arrival.
Pre-conference field trip
Departure is sharply at 8:00 from in front of the main building.

Post-congress „field trip”: Guesthouse 5 (Bruckner Szigfrid)
Meals
There is no a’la carte restaurant in the center at this time of the year. All meals including breakfast are in the restaurant of the hotel. Breakfast is daily from 7:00 till 9:00, on Saturday (8th) till 10:00
Bar, Money
Bar is located in the restaurant at the hotel and is open daily during lunch until 15:00 and between 18:00-24:00.
Please note that it is not possible to pay by credit card, only cash and only in Hungarian Forints. At the moment there is no ATM machines at the center, the closest one is at Zánka village.
