Registration fee

The registration fee will cover all meals during the conference (including icebreaker and gala dinner), rental of conference rooms and equipment, coffee breaks and the field guides. Optional excursion fee will cover bus rental costs and meal pack/excursion meals for each participant.

  • Professionals €220 (Pro české úcastníky 5500 CZK)
  • Students/retired €140  (Pro české úcastníky 3500 CZK)
  • Pre-conference €40 (Pro české úcastníky 1000 CZK)
  • Post-conference €35 (Pro české úcastníky 875 CZK)

Accommodation

You may choose between 2 hotels. Note that the Erzgebirge is the rough region, so no single rooms are offered. Please, indicate preferred roommates in the registration.

  • Hotel Seifert, 790 CZK (~€32) per night
  • Hotel Schwartz, 850 CZK (~€34) per night

If you need additional accommodation for night on 22/23 April 2025, indicate it in the registration.

The accommodation is not included in the registration and will be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.
