The CETEG 2025 registration is now open.
The registration is only possible through the CETEG webpage. If you are already registered member of the CETEG website, just sign in, and you can proceed with the conference registration. If you have forgotten your password, use Reset your password link, fill in your registered email address, and password reset instructions will be sent to your registered email address. The new members of the community firstly need to Create new account on the CETEG webpage.

Besides the traditional conference awards for the best student oral and poster presentations, the Czech Tectonic Studies Group announces the biennial Radek Melka award for the best publication of a young author published during the last two years with the prize money of 1000 euro. See detailed instructions in Awards section.
Abstract submission is also open, as part of the registration process.
Main topics of the 2025 Meeting
A special attention of the CETEG 2025 meeting will be dedicated to the geodynamic evolution of the western part of the Bohemian Massif, however topics related to broad Variscan and Alpine-Carpathian-Dinaridic orogeny, theoretical aspects of structural geology, petrology and geochronology, as well as neotectonics and basin evolution are promoted as important subjects of the meeting.

- Registration deadline: 21st of February 2025
- Payment deadline: 28th of February 2025
- Date of conference: 23-26th April, 2025
- 23rd April: Pre-conference excursion
- 24-25th April: Oral and poster presentations
- 26th April: Post-conference excursion
Registration fees
- Professional: €220
- Student (BSc, MSc, PhD): €140
- Excursion fees: €40 and €35 for pre- and post-conference excursions, respectively
The registration fee will cover all meals during the conference (including icebreaker and gala dinner), rental of conference rooms and equipment, coffee breaks and the field guides. Optional excursion fee will cover bus rental costs and meal pack/excursion meals for each participant.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee, however, two different options are offered during the registration process. All the information about lodging and prices is available on the conference homepage.
Abstracts
Abstract must be submitted with registration. Please copy the text of your abstract into the indicated box, and also attach the original file. See detailed instructions on abstract submission webpage. Note, that abstract should not exceed one A4 page including optional figure.
Note: Upon selecting a lecture and/or poster presentation in the registration form, you cannot finish the registration unless your abstract is also submitted.
Payment
In the last step of the registration process, you will be provided with information about your individual total registration price, calculated on the basis of your choices during the registration process. Payment is possible by bank transfer. The bank information is provided in the registration form, and you also find it on payment details webpage. The accommodation is not included in the registration fee and will be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.
